Rooms for hire

A range of great rooms for hire at very reasonable rates. Whatever your event we can meet your needs.


Available to our church family and the wider community. You don’t have to attend church to book the Centre.


Main Hall, Garden Lounge, Garden, Rainbow Room, Orchard Room, Unwin Room and Coffee Shop.

You can have any combination of rooms. We would be delighted to discuss your requirements with you, here are some suggestions:


Main Hall
Ideal for celebrations like birthdays, anniversaries, wedding breakfasts, private lunches, or tea dances. Perfect for functions like society dinners, conferences, presentations and meetings. We also have indoor fayres, markets and sales in the Main Hall.
The Main Hall can accommodate up to 100 people for a sit down meal or up to 150 buffet style. It seats up to 120 for a theatre style meeting. You have use of the kitchen when you hire the Main Hall.

Garden Lounge

Best suited for events like meetings, christening parties or funeral gatherings for up to 40 people with buffet style hot or cold food. Ideal for small gatherings of any description. You have use of the kitchen when you hire the Garden Lounge.

Exclusive Big Event Package
Main Hall, Garden Lounge and exclusive use of the garden.

Ideal for a large scale celebration such as a wedding breakfast or big birthday or anniversary. Perfect for functions like gala dinners or conferences, presentations and meetings. The Main Hall can be cleared to make use of the superb dancing floor. You could also consider hiring a gazebo to enhance this package. This package can accommodate up to 100 people for a sit down meal or up to 150 buffet style.

Unwin Room and Coffee Shop
Best suited for events like meetings, christening parties or funeral gatherings for up to 50 people with buffet style cold food. Great for any meetings you wish to have off premises, including staff training, away days or church retreats. Ideal for small gatherings of any description.

Orchard Room
Great for kids parties, especially pre-schoolers. Suitable for up to 25 children.
We cannot guarantee that users of this room can access the kitchen so you are best to plan your event around cold food and drinks.

Rainbow Room

Great for kids parties. Also suitable for small meetings; lecture or boardroom style. Suitable for up to 20 children or people for a meeting. We cannot guarantee that users of this room can access the kitchen so you are best to plan your event around cold food and drinks.

Our Garden

All rooms have access to our lovely garden (until 9pm) except when it has been booked exclusively.


 

 

SUPPORTING THE COMMUNITY
We are a 'not for profit' organization and so by hiring rooms at the centre you are indirectly supporting your community.

A GREAT FACILITY
The Centre is modern light, bright and airy.
There is free parking for up to 150 cars.
We have disabled access, a disabled toilet and baby changing facilities.
The Centre is open daily.

YOUR CHOICE ON CATERING
You can bring your own caterers in or do it yourself, potentially saving a fortune over all- inclusive venues like hotels or golf clubs. You may also bring your own alcohol, saving on inflated bar prices or corkage.

ALCOHOL IN MODERATION
We have a carefully considered policy regarding alcohol which we would ask you to respect. We ask you to consume alcohol in moderation and enjoy your function. We do not allow alcohol in the Orchard Room or the Rainbow Room because they are used for our childrens' activities. Thank you.
