 | John was invited to the parish as Rector in 2006 having been Vicar of two parishes in Derbyshire for the previous nine years. Before being ordained John worked as a teacher in Birmingham. He is married to Jill and they have two grown up sons Dan and Joe. John is deeply committed to the local church and its service to the wider community. In his spare time he enjoys walking, sailing and photography. He has had a lifelong passion for mountains and mountaineering having climbed widely in England, Scotland and Wales. As well as being a regular visitor to the Alps John was also Chaplain to the successful 1994 British Medical Mount Everest Expedition. |
 | Helen joined the staff as Youth and School's worker in September 2006 having spent a year with us as a Youth Work Volunteer. She has a Theology degree from the University of Gloucestershire and spent 2 years working as a volunteer for the West Cheltenham Team Ministry Youth Team before returning here to Dibden. Helen is passionate about encouraging young people and enabling them to connect with God. |
 | Andy joined the staff as Children and School's worker in April 2003. He studied at London Bible College majoring in Children's Ministry. Andy is passionate about engaging with children in relevant ways that encourage and enable them to explore Christianity for themselves. He spends his spare time playing football, tennis and enjoying family life. Andy is married to Rosemary and they have two lively sons, Joshua and Nathanael. |
 | Alison has been part of the parish since Autumn 2003, a member of the PCC since 2005 and a Church Warden from April 2007. She has a heart for children's and youth work and has been Child Protection Officer, as well as a volunteer and supporter of the many children's and youth activities and events in the parish. She is married to Phillip (Phil the Bass) and they have two grown up children. |
 | Colin has worshipped with St. Andrew's church since becoming a Christian through the Alpha Course in 1998. He joined the PCC in 2002 and became churchwarden in April 2003. He is married to Julie (who now helps co-ordinate Alpha) and they have four children. |
 | Lynn has worked on the staff of St. Andrew's church and centre for since 2003. She has worshipped with the church since 1992 and became a Christian on 6th July 1993. She is married with three children. She served on the PCC and Deanery Synod for many years. She enjoys playing Netball and is a member of St Andrew's netball team. |
