People We have a dedicated team of full-time and part-time staff called to serve the church and the community.

The parish team in Dibden consists of a rector (pastor), curate (assistant pastor), children and schools worker, youth and schools worker, plus one full-time administrator and a part-time administrator. The parish is also coordinated by two church wardens and a PCC (Parochial Church Council).
