Holy Smoke Residential Weekend

We aim to have an annual residential weekend for young people during the Spring term.

We attend the annual Soul Survivor conference at Shepton Mallet during August. 

The heart of Soul Survivor is about worshiping God, learning what it means to be a Christian practically and spiritually, and experiencing the Holy Spirit personally. Participating in Soul Survivor is seen as an important part of the opportunities offered to our young people on their Christian journey.

Those who attended SS 2010 were as challenged and encouraged as their predecessors. In their own words:

"It has shown me how to worship the Lord with all my life, and has encouraged me to be bolder when talking about the Gospel to other people."

"Activities and seminars are great and have really taught me so much about God and Christianity."
